Today, I want to to be Aware that we possess all we needed to make our dreams come true.

It sounds quite hard to realize, because our unlimited power is buried under unwanted jobs, bills, chores, relationship struggles and everything else in our daily lives... this makes us think that happiness and fulfillment come only from external events.

We can learn to be the creators for our own transformation.

WE already have all we need to be genuinely happy.

The way we reach this awareness depends on our inner journey, which brings about changes, emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual transformations.

The ingredients for this simple recipe are:

GRATITUDE: do a mental inventory of all you have, what you've achieved, for every area of your life. Including physical, material, emotional, spiritual, people and so on... You will realize how rich you already are. I do this every morning and every night. The very first and last moments of my day, while laying in bed still.

FORGIVENESS: "the action or process of forgiving or being forgiven". Forgive yourself and everyone that hurt you. Because forgiving it is for you. It will set you free of chains of bitterness, anger and fear. These are just another way to holding on into the past. Release it mentally or out loud. It will bring about lightness of spirit.

COMPASSION: "sympathetic concern for the suffering or misfortunes of others". “It is easy enough to be friendly to one's friends. But to befriend the one who regards himself as your enemy is the quintessence of true religion. The other is mere business.” Mahatma Ghandi. - “Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” Leo F. Buscaglia. - “Our task must be to free ourselves... by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and it's beauty.” Albert Einstein.

The search for authenticity is our personal odyssey. We are seeking for Ithaka.

"Pray that your journey be long,

full of many summer mornings

when with much pleasure and much joy

you anchor in harbors never seen before;

Browse through Phoenician markets,

to purchase exquisite treasures -

mother of pearl and coral, ebony and amber

and sensual perfumes of all kinds-

as much as you desire.

Visit many Egyptian cities, content

to sit at the feet

of sages, eager

and open to receive learning.

Keep Ithaka always in your mind.

Your arrival there is your Destiny.

But do not hurry the journey at all; be patient.

Better that it lasts for many years -

longer that you can even imagine.

So that finally, when you reach this

sacred isle, you will be a wise woman,

abundantly fulfilled by all you have gained along the way;

no longer expecting Ithaka to make you wealthy,

no longer needing Ithaka to make you rich.

Ithaca offered you the profound journey,

the chance to discover the woman you have always been.

Without Ithaka as your inspiration, you

never would have set out in search of Wholeness.

And should you find her poor, Ithaka did not deceive you.

Authentic as you have become, full of wisdom,

beauty and grace, enriched and enlightened by all you have experienced

You will finally understand what all of life's Ithaka truly mean. "
